Prepare the Detailed BOQ
Once the concept is approved, we prepare an itemised estimate through a Bill of Quantities. This defines the scope, quantities, material specifications and execution requirements, giving you a clear understanding of the proposed work and its cost basis.

Develop Detailed Drawings
After estimate approval, an initial payment of ₹50,000 moves your project into detailed technical development. We prepare architectural, working and elevation drawings, supported by the technical details needed for construction.

Review the Complete Project
We walk you through the approved drawings, BOQ, material specifications and scope of work. Construction methodology, payment stages and the proposed timeline are reviewed together, establishing a shared understanding before the agreement

Sign the Construction Agreement
Once the project details are mutually accepted, we formalise the approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, commercial terms and timeline in the construction agreement. This establishes the responsibilities and agreed basis for site commencement.

Build & Monitor Quality
Our construction team mobilises at site to execute the approved work. From foundations and structure to services and finishes, site supervision and stage-wise checks help monitor workmanship, specifications and progress against the agreed project requirements
