Finalise the BOQ & Scope
Clarity begins with the details. We define work items, quantities, specifications and agreed rates through a Bill of Quantities, with clear inclusions, exclusions and contract terms to establish the project’s scope and cost basis.

Prepare for Construction
Careful preparation supports organised execution. We plan the work sequence, procurement, site arrangements and team responsibilities, with required permissions addressed before the applicable work begins.

Build, Inspect & Review
Our engineers supervise construction through planned stages, supported by relevant inspections, testing and progress reviews. Materials and workmanship are checked against agreed specifications, while changes and corrective actions are documented.

Inspect & Hand Over
We review completed work against the agreed scope, record outstanding items and coordinate their closure. Applicable project records and handover documents are provided as agreed, supporting an organised transition.
